Our mission is to make Alabama's cities accessible and beautiful and create more person-to-person interactions.
We are a group of civicly-minded Alabamians across the state with local chapters in Birmingham & Tuscaloosa, and more to come.

Ethan Madison is a postdoctoral resident at the University of Alabama at Birmingham who moved from San Francisco. Outside healthcare, his passions include placemaking, active transit, and increasing the city's green spaces.

Timothy Hall is a registered sleep technologist and sleep health educator. He would like to see a Birmingham that is designed for safety and accessibility. As a bicycle commuter, he would also like safe bike lanes.
